Benson Psychological Services (BPS) started as the private practice of Dr. Stacey Benson. Dr. Benson has been in private practice for nearly 10 years, and has now expanded her practice to include additional staff and to offer additional programming.

BPS is unique in their forensic focus. We provide comprehensive psychological evaluations for a wide range of presenting problems. Our specialty area is in the evaluation of adolescents and adults who have been charged or convicted of a sexual crime. This includes performing the

BPS also provides therapy for a wide range of sexual issues. We run a group for Compulsive Sexual Behavior and Internet Porn addiction and provide individual (court ordered and self referral) therapy for exhibitionism, voyeurism, child molestation, sexual addiction, paraphilias, sexual acting out, and many others. We are also in the process of starting a support/education group for women whose partners have been charged with a sexual crime, and for parents whose children have been charged with a sexual crime.

In addition, BPS provides individual, couple, family, marital and group therapy. Our highly trained individual therapists work with the full range of mental health issues. Specialty areas include OCD, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, grief, sexual issues, self esteem, acculturation
